| A Shared History |
| The association has a membership of some 600 past students - some going back many years, from when the College was known as Wyggeston Boys' Grammar School. The OWA helps old friends to stay in touch and provides regular updates on College life through its annual news letter - and, of course, its web site! |

'I’ve enjoyed the freedom and independence at QE. Study blocks give you the opportunity to take responsibility for organising your own time. You can go to the Library and revise or to the Study Centre, or you could go in to
town. At different points in the year you have time for different things. I think having that sense of control is helpful for the future.'
