Admissions – Admissions Procedure
Prospectus for 2014 entry available. The prospectus will be distributed to all publicly-funded secondary schools in Leicester. Students at other schools may view the prospectus online, request a hard copy from the College’s Admissions Office or pick one up at Open Day.
Oct – Nov 2013
Through your school you will receive information and guidance about the options available to you post-16. This may include visits or presentations from colleges and work-based learning representatives.

Open Day: You are invited to visit the College, meet staff and students and find out more. Parents and Carers are very welcome too. Try not to miss this important opportunity! If you have any difficulty, please get in touch with staff in our Admissions Office on (0116) 247 2887, who will be able to arrange an alternative time for you to visit the College.
Dec 2013 – Jan 2014
Applications: You should complete the Leicester and Leicestershire Common Application for Post-16 learning. Students at school in Leicester City and Leicestershire will usually do this online via their school. If you are applying from elsewhere, forms are available on request from the College’s Admissions Office or find out more through your school.

Your application form should be completed and dispatched to your first and second choices of college by this date.
Tuesday 4th March 2014: Interviews
The College will be holding its interview day on Tuesday 4th March. Applicants should ensure that they are available to attend.

Places will be offered to all successful applicants by this date
10 May 2014
You will need to confirm acceptance of your offer by this date

GCSE Examination Results. Enrolment begins from this date.
You’ll be given individual appointment times on various days to come in and meet your enrolment advisor, discuss courses with subject staff, finalise your programme and get to know the College.
